Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has informed BSE that"In the adjourned meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 20, 2012, 1,13,750 equity shares and 10,00,000 convertible share warrants at an issue price of Rs. 12/- per instrument have been allotted.The Company has already allotted 1,49,82,500 equity shares and 20,00,000 convertible share warrants on June 19, 2012. With today's allotment the Company has allotted total 1,50,96,250 equity shares and 30,00,000 convertible share warrants against 1,68,00,000 equity shares and 30,00,000 convertible warrants as proposed and approved in the EGM held on April 17, 2012."Source : BSE
