Persistent Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 21, 2013 and will continue on April 22, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following business:1. Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31,2013;2. The audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2013; and3. To recommend final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2013, if any.Further note that, the Board of Directors will consider the aforesaid business on April 22, 2013.Source : BSE
