Hot pink saree with floral motifs

There’s nothing that screams traditional like a rich rani pink saree adorned with embroidered golden floral motifs spread across the drape. Alia donned the six-yard crepe number gracefully, carrying its intricate ‘jharokha’ pattern with effortless ease. The meticulously detailed work on the palla added to the ensemble’s show and  looked every bit regal and refined. Paired with a matching hand-embroidered blouse, Alia cut a picture of elegance in this saree priced at Rs 175,000.

Detailing the saree, designer Masaba Gupta’s Instagram handle read: “@aliaabhatt wears the ‘Patakha’ Saree in tones of the brand’s signature pink. Taking over 275 hours of embroidery work, the saree comes alive with the ‘Jharokha’ motifs using appliqué and patchwork techniques across the hem of the palla and delicate golden floral buttis all over.”
