Struggle with PCOS that led her to study nutrition

Sara confessed to being a foodie on the show and shared, “I had PCOS and insulin resistance while growing up, so it forced me to kind of push myself into nutrition.” She joked that everyone in her house is a nutritionist, adding, “Everyone has their own ideas of what they should and shouldn’t do. We are all very conscious, but we have different ideologies of what we believe is healthy.”
