1). Focus on a Single Nutrient

She wrote, “Your diet is dominant in a single nutrient. Living in 2025, it is in all probability protein.” And undoubtedly, there’s a lot of talk about protein with little focus on other nutrients that are responsible for wholesome nutrition. She added how this creates an imbalance inside the body.
