• Burning sensation: A burning sensation in the feet, especially at night, can be a symptom of low Vitamin B12 levels related to peripheral neuropathy. This is the feeling of nerve damage, as Vitamin B12 is a key vitamin for the health of your nerves. Insufficient B12 causes nerves to be damaged, giving rise to pain and burning sensations.
• Pain in the Legs: Softer pain or discomfort in the legs, which may get worse at night, can indicate nerve injury brought on by B12 deficiency. You can experience this kind of pain from mild to painful, which affects activities. Inadequate levels of vitamin B12 can result in degeneration of nerves and may lead to chronic pain and irritation in the legs.
