Sharing the video, Alaya wrote, “Someone jokingly said, ‘You should try a headstand on the paddleboard.’ Two minutes later, I was upside down in the middle of a river while my friends and family hyped me up from the boat.”

When it comes to adventurous workouts, the actress doesn’t hesitate to switch up her routine. Just a few days ago, she posted a video of herself performing a barefoot squat on a balance board placed atop a cylindrical roller. She did this while holding a metal bar overhead, with weights suspended on either side—adding to the challenge.
Alaya focused hard to complete the squat while maintaining her balance. This exercise is part of functional training and engages core stability, coordination, and lower-body strength.
