In 2021, Humaira debuted in the movie Love Vaccine, which starred Farhan Saeed. She made her television debut in the same year with Benaam, her debut drama series. She gained widespread recognition for her breakthrough performance in Sirat-e-Mustaqeem on ARY Digital. She also appeared on Tamasha Ghar, a well-known reality show.
Supporting parts in television series like Just Married, Ehsaan Faramosh, Guru, and Chal Dil Mere are among her credits. She received the 2023 National Woman Leadership Award as the Best Emerging Talent & Rising Star in recognition of her growing reputation.
