In a lighthearted moment before the shot, Waheeda teased Amitabh, warning him playfully that she intended to slap him hard and that he should brace himself. She said, "Maine Kahan Amitabh, bahut kas ke lagane waali hun."
Continuing her amusing recollection, Waheeda Rehman shared that while she hadn’t planned on slapping Amitabh Bachchan too hard during the scene, things didn’t quite go as intended. When the cameras rolled, she accidentally delivered a slap with full force. She admitted that it wasn’t deliberate but rather an unintentional slip during the heat of the moment.
