In the video, as Elvish Yadav was quoted by BollywoodLife, “You all may have noticed that I avoid controversies. I refrain from commenting on anything and avoid sharing negative information with others. In this video, I’m not here to respond to anyone, but it was necessary to create it since I keep seeing claims that 'Elvish Yadav has scammed'. To begin with, I don't accept payment for assisting others. If they are giving me money, then why would they require assistance?”

He further stated, “Therefore, this is not a fraud. They have shared details about it on Milaap (foundation). It's not that they arrived and I accepted that 'alright, I will assist.' They arrived with all the documents, which had the names of the doctors on them, and Milaap had also shared, which is why I shared.”
