Shanaya Kapoor and Vikrant Massey starrer Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan's special screening was held on July 9, Wednesday, ahead of its release on July 11. Several celebrities arrived at the screening but the highlight was Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor supporting daughter Shanaya as she gears up to make her Bollywood debut.
Shanaya's parents Sanjay and Maheep arrived in style along with her brother Jahaan on Wednesday at the screening to show their support and love for the debutante ahead of the much anticipated release of Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan.
Sanjay Kapoor looked dashing in a stylish off-white checkered blazer paired with a plain white or light-toned T-shirt underneath. He completes the look with statement sunglasses, adding a touch of sophistication.
Meanwhile, Maheep Kapoor wore in a dark brown belted dress with short sleeves. Her look was a combination of elegant and minimal, accessorized with a crossbody handbag and soft waves in her hair. Young Jahaan Kapoor keeps it youthful and casual in a navy blue jacket over a white T-shirt, paired with matching pants.
Shanaya turned heads in a gorgeous white one-shoulder bodycon dress, featuring a sleek, draped silhouette and an elegant asymmetrical neckline that added a dash of glamour to her look.
In a recent paparazzi video doing the rounds on social media, Shanaya Kapoor was spotted interacting with Nitanshi Goel, accompanied by Arjun Kapoor and Vedang Raina at the event venue.
Among other celebrities who graced the premiere included Vikrant Massey's wife Sheetal Thakur, Chunky Pandey and wife Bhawana Panday, Khushi Kapoor, Ibrahim Ali Khan, Arbaaz Khan and his wife Sshura Khan as well as actress Bhagyashree's children Abhimanyu Dassani and Avantika Dassani.
Directed by Santosh Singh, Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan tells the heartfelt tale of a visually-impaired musician and a theatre actress whose unexpected encounter sets them on a moving journey of love, healing, and self-discovery. The film is set to hit theatres on July 11.
