The ceremony comes after the couple has spent 16 years together, having first tied the knot in Goa back in 2008.

This marks Sanjay's third marriage. His previous two relationships were with Richa Sharma, with whom he shares a daughter, Trishala Dutt, and Riya Pillai. Richa passed away in 1996 from a brain tumor, leaving a significant impact on Sanjay's life. Trishala, who is now a successful psychiatrist, has a close relationship with Maanayata, and the three often share moments together, showcasing a blended family dynamic.
