SKV is gearing up to build a Rs 10,000 crore integrated township spread across 500 acres—an enormous undertaking designed to function as a modern, self-contained world of its own.
The goal is to create a well-planned destination where people can live, work, relax, and even pursue their creative and athletic goals.
Mixed-use commercial zones, branded residences, upscale hotels, high-street retail, and entertainment areas will all be included in the proposed township.
The extent of the planned recreational and sports infrastructure, which includes a championship-level golf course, a race course, shooting ranges, and a host of other top-notch amenities designed to draw both locals and tourists, is what really makes it stand out.
The township will also feature a state-of-the-art film studio as a nod to Salman's affinity for movies, which could further enhance Telangana's expanding standing as a centre for media and film production.
