While no official confirmation has been made, the possibility of Rishab joining the cast is generating buzz, given his recent acclaim. The Kantara star, who recently earned a National Award for his performance in the Kannada mythological drama, is also working on the prequel to his own blockbuster.

Prasanth Varma is reportedly planning to feature a few Bollywood actors in Jai Hanuman, further expanding the film's appeal. His original film, Hanu-Man, released earlier in 2024, became the highest-grossing Telugu movie of the year, raking in over Rs 300 crore at the box office. The movie, featuring Teja Sajja as a superhero, marked a significant milestone for Varma's Cinematic Universe (PVCU), which is built around characters inspired by Indian mythology and superhero themes.
