The tragic terrorist attack at Baisaran meadow in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, has shaken the nation to its core. Among those expressing outrage is acclaimed actor R. Madhavan, who took to Instagram to share his grief and anger. The Rocketry actor, known for voicing his thoughts with sincerity and conviction, did not hold back as he reacted to what is being described as one of the deadliest attacks in the Kashmir Valley since the 2019 Pulwama tragedy.

“Horrified. Dismayed. Aghast. Deep shock and sadness. Heartbreaking #PahalgamAttack,” Madhavan wrote in a hard-hitting Instagram post. “Anger, Wrath, Revenge and retribution, Payback!! Decimate, Annihilate, Set an example. Coward perpetrators.” His post resonated with thousands across the country, many echoing his emotions in the comments, demanding swift justice for the victims and their families.

The attack has prompted a stern response from the central government, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s administration initiating a series of diplomatic and strategic measures against Pakistan. These include the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty and the closure of the integrated checkpost at Attari, signaling a major shift in India’s bilateral relations with its neighbor.
