Police in the Atlanta area have arrested a man accused of stealing hard drives that reportedly contained unreleased music from Beyoncé. The suspect, identified as 31-year-old Kelvin Evans, was taken into custody after investigators linked him to a July car break-in during the singer’s Cowboy Carter tour stop.

According to authorities, Evans allegedly broke into a rented SUV on July 8 and made off with several items, including hard drives connected to Beyoncé’s team.

He is now in jail facing a charge of entering an automobile with intent to commit theft. It’s not yet clear if Evans has retained legal representation.
