Asin's husband Rahul Sharma reveals Akshay Kumar had kept a plane on standby when his wife was about to have a baby, says, 'he saw our daughter first even before our family'

Asin and Akshay Kumar worked together in the film "Khiladi 786," and it was through Akshay that Asin met her now-husband, Rahul, a businessman.

Rahul Sharma recently revealed a touching story about Akshay Kumar during Shikhar Dhawan's chat show. In a video shown on the show, Rahul shared how Akshay had been there for him during a crucial moment. He said, "When my daughter was about to be born, he kept calling me and saying, that tell me when it happens. I said ‘yes, of course.’ When she was born, he was the first person I called and said, ‘brother, good news,’ and he said, ‘fantastic.’"

Further elaborating on Akshay's support, Rahul mentioned, "He had kept a plane on standby since morning to get there as soon as she was born. Even before my family came, he was the first to come in and... This is a memory that I can never forget in my life."

Rahul expressed how much Akshay means to him, adding, "He has been my strength throughout this life," and added, ‘When I have to do something big in life, I go ahead thinking that you are beside me. I get this strength from you.’"
