The promo of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 dropped and not only netizens but celebrities also started sharing their excitement on their social media handles.
As per a report in TellyChakkar, Ekta Kapoor is planning to introduce a reprise of the theme song which rang in millions of households as the clock struck primetime. For the same, she plans to bring on board some extremely popular singers to make the version a grand one.
The track will mostly be on the same emotional lines but with a greater impact to attract the youngsters of today who have not seen that era. Infact, she plans to curate something which might go up the music charts.
TellyChakkar quoted their source as, "There have been early conversations with top singers. Ekta wants voices that can resonate with Gen Z while still honoring the sentimentality of the original track.”
As per the report names like Arjit Singh, Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal are being rumoured to be brought on board. There has been no official announcement of the same.

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 is set to launch on July 29. It will bring back the iconic pairing of Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay. Along with this, rumour mills suggest that Mouni Roy will make a special appearance in the show.
