"Khel Khel Mein," starring Akshay Kumar and Fardeen Khan, is finally available on Netflix starting October 10. After its theatrical release on August 15, the film faced tough competition from other big movies like "Stree 2" and "Vedaa." Despite its potential, it had to share screens, which limited its box office success.

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, "Khel Khel Mein" is a remake of the popular film "Perfect Strangers." The movie mixes comedy, drama, and suspense, and many fans enjoyed seeing Akshay Kumar return to a comedic role. The film also features well-known actors like Taapsee Pannu and Vaani Kapoor, adding to its appeal.

The news about the film’s release on Netflix was shared on the official Instagram account of Netflix India. The post teased viewers with the message, "Khel shuru hone wala hai," meaning "The game is about to start." This excited many fans who missed the chance to see the movie in theaters.

Before its OTT release, reports suggested that "Khel Khel Mein" had received good reviews from audiences and critics alike. However, industry experts felt that it could have performed better at the box office if it hadn't clashed with "Stree 2," which had a much larger number of screens. While "Stree 2" was shown in about 3,500 theaters, "Khel Khel Mein" and "Vedaa" were only available in around 1,800 to 2,000 theaters. This limited exposure meant that both films struggled to attract audiences.
