The finale of The Great Indian Kapil Show is set to go out with a bang as Akshay Kumar makes a grand appearance on the Netflix stage. Known for his discipline and punctuality, the superstar surprised fans by arriving on the very last episode of the season. And in classic Akshay style, he turned it into a comic roast of host Kapil Sharma.

A new promo, released ahead of the episode, shows Akshay making a stylish entry by sliding down a railing before breaking into a dance with a group of background performers. Kapil quickly teased him, asking, “Why so many girls, are you doing Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon?” Akshay’s comeback was sharp: “15 saal baad iss aadmi ka waqt aata hai ek film milti hai” (After 15 years, this man finally gets a film).

The banter only escalated from there. Kapil poked fun at Akshay’s famed time management, asking why he showed up only for the last episode of the third season. Without missing a beat, Akshay shot back, “Paise nahi diye naa” (Because you didn’t pay me). The punchline had Kapil and the audience in splits, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

Akshay also mocked Kapil’s brief stint in films. Referring to the song Kapil performed in his Bollywood debut, Akshay quipped, “Remember the song he did in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, why was it in a graveyard? Because his dancing is completely dead.” The one-liner sent the crowd roaring with laughter, proving that Akshay hasn’t lost his touch when it comes to witty timing.

The promo further shows Akshay joining the comedy troupe — Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek, and Sunil Grover — for games and skits, keeping the energy high and the audience engaged. Fans online reacted enthusiastically, calling the teaser a perfect setup for the finale.
