Kanye West lands in controversy after the release of his song, Heil Hitler.

Rapper Kanye ‘Ye’ West has recently landed in trouble for his song, Heil Hitler. He has been receiving huge backlash since the release as it allegedly promotes Nazi ideology. However, Australia has taken a step against the rapper and cancelled his Visa following the release of the song.

According to Australia's ABC television network, the country’s Immigration Minister, Tony Burke, revealed the ban on Ye as he discussed the reported cancellation of a visa for Israeli-American tech personality Hillel Fuld over his social media post declaring, "Islamophobia is rational."

Burke further noted that the Australian government's decision to cancel foreign nationals' visas were most often made for people seeking to make "public speeches." He added, “The only one I can think of where it wasn't for public advocacy - the visa - but we cancelled it anyway, would be Kanye West."

The minister said, “It was a lower level (visa) and the officials still looked at the law and said you're going to have a song and promote that sort of Nazism, we don't need that in Australia. We have enough problems in this country already without deliberately importing bigotry.”
