When asked if she was intimidated by Rajkummar Rao while working with him for the first time, Alaya F told Moneycontrol.com in an exclusive conversation that since the start of her career, she had worked with the likes of Saif Ali Khan and Tabu, so she wasn’t intimidated but rather was impressed by Raj’s dedication.

She told us, “I have been fortunate to have worked with really great actors right from my first film. In my first film, I had worked with Saif sir and Tabu ma'am, so that sort of helped me not be intimidated or anything like that, just because if, on your first film, you are working with such renowned actors from the industry, then you feel like you can do anything. With each film, there is a whole new sense of nervousness that comes about working with new people, especially a talented actor like Raj. He is just one of the most incredible actors and performers our country has. Just by seeing him do what he does firsthand, I have met the real Srikanth, and I am just seeing how beautifully he managed to embody Srikanth's character. And how invested he was in the entire process was just incredible and impressive.”
