BTS’s Jungkook has sent a strong message to obsessive fans after facing repeated home intrusion incidents. The K-pop star warned that he will not tolerate any further violations of his privacy.
During a live broadcast to celebrate his birthday, Jungkook addressed the latest case involving a woman in her 40s who unlawfully entered his residence and was apprehended by police.
“I was watching everything on my home CCTV. When I heard the police arriving, (the intruder) tried to rush out through the underground parking lot but was eventually caught. She said she was my friend. ARMYs are like family and friends, but I had to make it clear—being supportive is one thing, but what’s wrong is wrong,” Jungkook said firmly.
He added a direct warning to anyone considering similar actions. “If you come, I’ll lock you in. Everything is recorded as evidence, and you’ll be dragged away. If you step into my parking lot without my permission, you’ll be trapped until I open the door. CCTV is everywhere. Unless you want to end up at the police station, don’t ever come in,” he said.
The Yongsan Police confirmed that on August 31, a Korean woman identified as “A” was booked for housebreaking after entering the idol’s detached home parking lot around 11:20 p.m. Jungkook himself reported the break-in. Investigations into her motive are ongoing.

This was not an isolated incident. On June 11, soon after his military discharge, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested for repeatedly attempting to unlock his front door with a password.
During the casual Weverse live stream where he gave ARMY a glimpse of his home, the 27-year-old disclosed that he has adult ADHD. The admission came after a fan asked him to stop moving around so much. Jungkook responded candidly, “I can’t help it. I kind of have adult adhd. I have it so I keep moving like this.”
