She continued, “And in that moment, I realised… Riwaaz chahe purane ho, par unka prem aur sankalp hamesha naya lagta hai. Kabhi kabhi sochti hoon , kitni meethi hoti hain yeh paramparaayein (The customs may be old, but their love and determination always feel new. Sometimes I think, how sweet these traditions are).”
She added, “They teach us selflessness in such a soft, beautiful way. To fast not out of compulsion , but out of prem. To pray not for oneself , but with the pure intention of “May the one I love be blessed with health, long life and happiness.”

Shweta further wrote in the caption, “Some people see it as sacrifice , but mujhe yeh ek sankalp lagta hai. A sacred vow. A reminder that love is not just about receiving , it is about offering your own comfort for another’s well-being.”

She concluded her caption by writing, “And honestly, isnt that what all great spiritual paths teach?  The highest form of love is when you say, “Let me carry a little discomfort so that you may walk in light.”
