Satish Shah Funeral to take place today, onscreen son Sumeet Raghavan joins family to pay final respect

Veteran actor Satish Shah passed away on Saturday, and his funeral is scheduled for today at 12 p.m. at the Pawan Hans Crematorium in Vile Parle (West), Mumbai.

Family and friends have started arriving at his Bandra home between 10 and 11 a.m. for antim darshan and pay their last respects to his mortal remains.
As preparations got underway for the cherished actor's farewell tour, an ambulance was spotted pulling up to his house on Sunday morning. To say goodbye to the renowned performer, the Mumbai film community and a number of co-stars are expected to attend the cremation.

Sumeet Raghavan was also spotted at Satish Shah’s house to pay his last respects to his co-star and on-screen father.

Satish Shah died at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai at the age of 74 on Sunday, October 25. He had reportedly recently had a kidney transplant and had been struggling with kidney-related issues. According to Ramesh Kadatala, his manager, the actor passed out unexpectedly during lunch and was pronounced dead when he arrived at the hospital.

His unexpected death has shocked the entertainment industry and his fans, who are grieving the loss of one of the most respected and versatile actors in Indian cinema.
