Farah Khan tours Diana Penty’s 100-year-old Mumbai home, compares it to Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat

The filmmaker then spotted a carved wooden table with a mirror and curiously asked, “How old is this?” To which Diana’s mother responded, “Over 100 years old.”

Farah was left shocked and said, “This is over 100 years old — still older than me! I’m so happy to be in a place where things are older than me.”

When Farah made her way to the kitchen, she couldn’t hide her excitement and exclaimed that the kitchen looked amazing. Turning to her cook, Dilip, she asked if he had ever seen a house that beautiful, to which Dilip smiled and replied that he never had.

Diana then mentioned that she had a farm outside too, prompting Farah to say that it was lovely and that she felt as if she had come to a different place, adding that it didn’t feel like Mumbai at all.

Farah then asked how long she had lived in the house, to which Diana said, “Since my great-grandfather’s time — exactly 100 years ago. I am the fourth generation living here.”

Farah was impressed by one of the spaces in the house and exclaimed, “Not even a dance studio in Lokhandwala is this big! It’s as big as Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat living room.”

Farah insisted that she meant every word, but Diana was surprised by the compliment and objected.

The filmmaker noted, “I should invite Shah Rukh over,” to which Diana smiled and replied, “I’d love to have Shah Rukh here.”

Diana Penty was last seen in the Amazon Prime Video show Do You Wanna Partner. The series also starred Tamannah Bhatia and Neeraj Kabi. The series premiered on Prime Video on September 12.
