Delhi HC orders removal of objectionable posts in Hrithik Roshan’s personality rights case

The Delhi High Court has ordered the removal of objectionable posts in Hrithik Roshan’s ongoing personality rights case, protecting the actor’s name, image, and likeness from misuse.

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has recently received a big update in his personality rights plea. The Delhi High Court ordered the removal of some objectionable posts on Wednesday to protect his publicity and personality rights.

Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora has clarified that it was not passing any ex parte orders for the removal of specific fan pages. The court has also stated that an order would be issued following the hearing.

The court, which listed the matter for further hearing on March 27, 2026, said it would pass a detailed interim injunction order later.

Hrithik was pleading with the court to protect his personality rights and stop online platforms from unlawfully using his name, photos, and offensive AI-generated content.
