Early Life

Born on June 28, 1988, in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, Vivian Dsena comes from a diverse cultural background. His mother is Hindu, while his father is a Christian with Portuguese roots. In a past interview, Dsena revealed that his passion for football started at the age of 10, inspired by his parents—his mother, an athlete, and his father, a footballer. He was a Christian but later converted into Islam in 2019.

Television Debut and Career

Vivian Dsena began his acting career in 2008 with Kasamh Se at just 20 years old. However, it was his portrayal of the vampire Abhay Raichand in the supernatural thriller Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahani (2010-2011) that truly launched him into the spotlight. He later gained immense popularity and critical acclaim for his role as Rishabh Kundra in the romantic drama Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon from 2012-14. He also wone several awards for his outstanding performances including Indian Telly Awards, ITA Awards and Gold Awards.

From 2016 to 2022, Vivian Dsena earned widespread acclaim for his performances in the social drama Shakti - Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki and the romantic drama Sirf Tum. His roles in these series further solidified his reputation as a talented and versatile actor in the industry.

The well-known actor and model has also previously participated in reality TV shows. He has showcased his adventurous side in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and his dancing skills in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8. Now, he is set to take on a new challenge as a contestant in Bigg Boss 18.

Personal Life

Vivian Dsena has had a couple of significant relationships in his life. He was previously married to his Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani co-star, Vahbiz Dorabjee in 2013 but they got divorced in 2021. After their divorce, Dsena found love again with Nouran Aly, an Egyptian journalist. They tied the knot in 2022 and now have a beautiful daughter together, Layan. However, the actor is currently staying away from his family as his wife and daughter are settled in Barhain and he is in Mumbai for work.

Earlier in an interview with Times Now, Vivian Dsena spoke about reasons why he hasn't moved with his family aborad. The actor expressed that he hasn't accumulated enough wealth to make such a shift. He mentioned that he had already given away a significant portion of his earnings. While his family resides in Bahrain, he affirmed that he is currently based in Mumbai and open to work opportunities. He acknowledged missing his family but emphasized the importance of his career, stating there are no plans for them to relocate permanently. He indicated that they would continue visiting each other and expressed his eagerness to find the right project, whether in television or OTT.
