Actors Dhanush and Mrunal Thakur are the latest celebrities to make people wonder if they are dating. The rumours started when the two were seen together in public several times in the past few weeks, which made people wonder if there was more than just friendship between them.
Dhanush's participation at Mrunal Thakur's birthday party on August 1 was the most recent thing that set people off. Earlier that day, the actor went to a special screening of Son of Sardaar 2 in Mumbai, which stars Mrunal and Ajay Devgn.
A video of the event that went viral on social media shows the two having a short, friendly talk. Mrunal even leaned in to say something to Dhanush, which got fans' attention right away.

Before, Dhanush was married to Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth. After 18 years of marriage, the couple said they were splitting up in 2022. They met for the first time in 2003 when his hit movie Kadhal Kondaen came out.
Dhanush's next movie, Tere Ishk Mein, directed by Anand L Rai, will be out in theaters on November 28. On August 1, Mrunal Thakur's Son of Sardaar 2 came out.
