The relief mission, carried out in partnership with the Gurudwara committee, underscores the role faith institutions often play in times of disaster. Gurudwaras across India have historically organized langars, shelters, and medical aid during emergencies. By collaborating with the Andheri West Gurudwara, Gill was able to mobilize supplies quickly and ensure they reached families most in need.
Beyond the immediate help, this move has sparked conversations online about the importance of solidarity. Fans and followers praised Gill for using her influence and resources to amplify relief efforts. Many pointed out that while government and large NGOs play a vital role, the involvement of public figures can draw attention and encourage wider participation in humanitarian causes.
