Delhi NCR Lok Sabha Election 2024 Result Live Updates: Counting of votes is on for the 18th Lok Sabha election results! Citizens of the Delhi-National Capital Region voted for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 on April 26 and May 25. The 2024 Indian general election in Delhi took place on May 25, 2024, during Phase 6 of voting, to elect 7 members to the 18th Lok Sabha. The election results will be announced on June 4, 2024. Along with Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad, also underwent polling on May 25. Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddha Nagar, which include Noida and Greater Noida, went to polls on Friday, April 26.
NCT of Delhi has total 7 parliamentary constituencies. BJP is leading in all seven. Jai Prakash Agarwal of Indian National Congress (INC), who was leading in the morning has lost with 4,27,171 votes, in Chandni Chowk, by a margin of 89,325 votes by Praveen Khandelwal of BJP at 5,16,496. Praveen Khandelwal of BJP has won this seat.
Yogender Chandoliya finished at 8,66,483 votes, ahead by 2,90,849 votes from Udit Raj of Indian National Congress (INC), who got 5,75,634, in North West Delhi (SC). BJP's Yogender Chandoliya has won.
Kamaljeet Sehrawat got 8,42,658, ahead by 1,99,013 votes from Mahabal Mishra of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), who got 6,43,645, in West Delhi. BJP's Kamaljeet Sehrawat has won.
Ramvir Singh Bidhuri at 6,92,832 led by 1,24,333 votes from Sahi Ram of AAP in South Delhi, who got 5,68,499. BJP's Ramvir Singh Bidhuri has won.
Bansuri Swaraj led at 4,53,185 votes, by 78,370 votes from Somnath Bharti of AAP, who got 3,74,815, in New Delhi. BJP's Bansuri Swaraj has won.
Harsh Malhotra at 6,64,819 votes, was ahead by 93,663 votes from Kuldeep Kumar of AAP, who got 5,71,156, in East Delhi. BJP's Harsh Malhotra has won.
And Manoj Tiwari led at 8,24,451 votes, ahead by 1,38,778 votes from INC’s Kanhaiya Kumar, who got 6,85,673, in North East Delhi. BJP's Manoj Tiwari has won.
Constituting parts of the NCR region are also Faridabad and Gurugram, in Haryana, which has 10 parliamentary constituencies, where INC and BJP are at 5 each.
In Faridabad, Krishan Pal of BJP led at 7,88,569, ahead by 1,72,914 votes from Mahender Pratap Singh of INC at 6,15,655 votes. BJP's Krishan Pal has won.
In Gurugram, Raj Babbar of Indian National Congress, who was leading in the morning of the counting day trailed and lost at 7,33,257, by 75,079 votes from Rao Inderjit Singh of BJP at 8,08,336 vote share. BJP's Rao Inderjit Singh has won.
Completing the NCR region are Ghaziabad and Noida, in Uttar Pradesh, which has 80 parliamentary constituencies, where SP has bypassed BJP at 37 and 33 respectively, INC at 6, RLD at 2, ASPKR at 1 and ADAL at 1.
In Ghaziabad, Atul Garg of the BJP finished in the lead at 8,54,170, ahead by 3,36,965 votes from Dolly Sharma of INC at 5,17,205. BJP's Atul Garg has won.
While in Gautam Buddha Nagar constituency, comprising Noida and Greater Noida, where Dr Mahesh Sharma of BJP has been declared the winner with 8,57,829 votes, having led by a whopping 5,59,472 votes from Dr Mahendra Singh Nagar of Samajwadi Party (SP) at 2,98,357 votes.
