The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC Stenographer Result 2025 for Grade C and Grade D posts. Candidates who appeared for the SSC Stenographer Computer-Based Test (CBT) on 10 and 11 December 2024 can now check their results online at the official website ssc.gov.in. The result was announced on 5 March 2025, along with the category-wise cut-off marks.

How to Check SSC Stenographer Result 2025

Candidates can follow these steps to download their results:

1. Visit the official website of SSC – ssc.gov.in.


2. Go to the “Result” section and click on the “Steno ‘C’ and ‘D’” tab.


3. Click on the link titled “Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2025: List of Candidates Shortlisted for Document Verification”.


4. Download the SSC Stenographer Result 2025 PDF file.


5. Open the PDF and press Ctrl+F, then enter your Name or Roll Number.


6. If your details are in the list, you have qualified for the next stage.

The SSC conducted the SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2024 to fill 2006 vacancies. The selection process includes a Computer-Based Test, a Skill Test, and Document Verification. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list will now proceed to the Document Verification stage.

Candidates who have cleared the CBT will now appear for the Skill Test for Stenography. This will be conducted at the Commission’s Regional Offices or designated centres. The final selection will be based on performance in both the CBT and Skill Test, followed by Document Verification.
