NBEMS Issues Warning to NEET PG 2025 Aspirants Against Fake Communications

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released a cautionary advisory for candidates appearing in NEET PG 2025, urging them to stay vigilant against fraudulent communications being falsely attributed to the board. These include spoofed notices, emails, SMS messages, and misleading social media posts aimed at misleading aspirants.

NBEMS emphasized that all official updates and announcements are published exclusively on its two authorized websites: natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in. For legitimate updates via WhatsApp, candidates should follow the board’s official channel: whatsapp.com/channel/0029VbAseBd7T8bTcZS9mg20.

The board made it clear that no other social media platforms or communication channels represent NBEMS. Since July 2020, all official notices issued by NBEMS feature a QR code that links directly to the notice hosted on the official website—an added measure to help candidates verify authenticity.

NBEMS raised concerns over fraudulent individuals or groups who may attempt to exploit aspirants by impersonating officials through fake messages or documents. These deceptive communications are often designed to extract confidential information or falsely claim to guarantee high scores or leaked question papers.
