The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has announced the dates for the second and third 2nd PUC examinations for the year 2025. This update follows the release of the 2nd PUC Exam 1 results on 8 April 2025. Students can check the results on the official website karresults.nic.in.
Exam 2 and Exam 3 Dates
According to the official notification, the 2nd PUC Exam 2 will be held from 24 April to 8 May 2025, while Exam 3 is scheduled to take place between 9 June and 21 June 2025. These exams are meant for students who wish to improve their scores or who missed the first exam due to valid reasons such as attendance shortage.
Students who did not appear in Exam 1 due to insufficient attendance can register for Exam 2 or Exam 3 as private candidates, as per the board's guidelines. These exams are optional and provide students with a chance to enhance their marks.
How Many Subjects Can Students Reappear For?
All students must take the first exam. The second and third exams are improvement attempts and are not mandatory. Students can choose to reappear in subjects where they wish to improve their scores. There is no restriction on the number of subjects a student can reappear for, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
