CBSE 12th Economics Exam Review: Check Paper Analysis Based on Teachers’ & Students’ Feedback

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Class 12 Economics Board Exam 2025 today, March 19. The exam was held from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM across various exam centres. Students were given the first 15 minutes to read the question paper before starting their answers.

The CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2025 began on February 15 with the Entrepreneurship paper. This year, a total of 42,00,237 students are appearing for the CBSE Board exams, marking an increase from last year’s 38,85,542 candidates. Out of these, 17,88,165 students are from Class 12. The exams are being conducted at 7,842 centres across the country.

CBSE Class 12th Economics Paper Analysis 2025

The Class 12 Economics paper was for 80 marks and included internal choices. It featured a mix of competency-based and moderate questions designed to assess students' application of knowledge. The paper was structured as per the syllabus, and most of the questions were similar to those in the CBSE sample papers. Direct questions were straightforward and easy to answer, while multiple-choice and competency-based questions were of average difficulty, ensuring a balanced assessment.
