- General/BC/EBC (Male): Rs 540
- SC/ST (Bihar Residents): Rs 135
- Divyang (All Categories): Rs 135
- Women (Bihar Residents): Rs 135
- Candidates from outside Bihar: Rs 540
As of August 1, 2024, the minimum age requirement for all categories is 21 years. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for category-wise upper age limits.
How to Apply for Bihar Statistical Officer Recruitment 2025
- Visit the official website bssc.bihar.gov.in and click on “Apply Online” for the recruitment.
- Register by entering your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID to generate a User ID & Password.
- Log in using the credentials and fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and category information, ensuring they match the Matriculation Certificate.
- Upload a passport-size photo (recent and live webcam photo), scanned signature, and relevant certificates (such as caste and disability certificates, if applicable).
- Select the preferred payment mode (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) and pay the application fee according to your category.
- Review all details carefully before submission, then click “Submit” and download the confirmation page.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
