These candidates will now compete for admission into 306 teacher training institutes across Bihar, which include 60 government and 246 private institutions. Counselling and Seat Allocation

Counselling Registration: The online application for counselling will be open from November 29 to December 5, 2025, via the official website bsebdeled.com. A detailed notification regarding the same will be published on November 28, 2025.
Merit-Based Allocation: Admission will be conducted strictly on a merit-cum-choice basis. The BSEB will prepare a state-level merit list based on the JEE scores.
Seat Allotment Process: As per the guidelines from the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Patna, candidates with the highest marks will be given priority for seats in government institutions, adhering to state reservation rules.
