Step 2. Click on the "Final Phase Seat Allotment Result" link on the homepage.
Step 3. Log in using your POLYCET hall ticket number, date of birth, and password.
Step 4. View and download your seat allotment letter.
Step 5. Take a printout for future reference.

Mandatory Documents for AP POLYCET 2025 Counselling
Candidates must carry the following original documents along with two sets of photocopies for verification at the allotted college:
- AP POLYCET 2025 Hall Ticket & Rank Card
- SSC or equivalent marks sheet
- Study Certificates (Class 3 to Class 10)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (issued by Mandal Revenue Officer)
- PH/NCC/CAP/Sports Certificates (if applicable)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last institution attended
Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete the following steps to confirm admission:
Self-Reporting Online – Log in to the official portal and complete the self-reporting process.
Physical Reporting at Allotted College – Visit the assigned college with all required documents for verification.
Important Note: Failure to complete either online self-reporting or physical reporting will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
