The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Andhra Pradesh, has released the final phase schedule for AP POLYCET (Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test) 2025 counselling. Candidates who participated in the earlier round can now complete the remaining steps in this phase.
Final Phase Counselling Schedule
Candidates can pay the online processing fee from 17 July to 19 July 2025 through the official website polycet.ap.gov.in. This final phase includes all candidates from Rank 1 to the last rank.
Here is the detailed schedule for the final phase of AP POLYCET 2025 counselling:
- Processing Fee Payment: 17 July – 19 July 2025
- Certificate Verification : 18 July – 20 July 2025
- Option Entry: 18 July – 20 July 2025
- Change of Web Options: 21 July 2025
- Seat Allotment : 23 July 2025 (after 6 p.m.)
- Self-Reporting & College Reporting: 24 July – 26 July 2025
Option Entry Instructions
During this phase, candidates must enter their options again. Those who are happy with their previous allotment and have already reported to their college do not need to re-enter choices. However, if a candidate decides to change their allotted seat, the earlier seat will be cancelled and given to another eligible candidate based on merit.
Eligible candidates for option entry include:
- Candidates who have completed certificate verification but have not yet secured a seat.
- Candidates who wish to change their previously allotted seat.
- Candidates who reported in Phase-I but later cancelled their allotment.
- Candidates who attended certificate verification as per the schedule.
The final seat allotment results will be released on 23 July 2025 after 6 p.m. on the official website. All candidates allotted a seat must self-report online and also report to their respective colleges between 24 July and 26 July 2025.
