Shocking footage reportedly showing Hamas executing Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel has sparked international concern and fears that the recently signed Gaza peace deal could unravel. The video, whose authenticity and date Moneycontrol cannot independently verify, depicts at least seven men kneeling with their hands tied behind their backs. Moments later, gunfire erupts and the men fall to the ground as onlookers chant “Allahu Akbar." Crowds can be heard calling the victims “collaborators."

The disturbing clip comes just days after US President Donald Trump brokered a peace agreement aimed at ending over two years of conflict in Gaza. Analysts warn that Hamas, weakened by prolonged Israeli bombardment, may be using such public executions to reassert control over the enclave.

Last month, Hamas executed three men accused of spying for Israel. Human rights organizations have repeatedly condemned such killings, describing them as violations of international law.

The peace deal, which Trump helped negotiate, marked a significant development in the region. The Israeli military confirmed that Hamas has released all living hostages held in Gaza in exchange for Palestinian prisoners and detainees. This first phase of the Gaza peace plan triggered a ceasefire, allowing increased humanitarian aid into the war-torn territory. According to Israeli officials, 20 living hostages were handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross, while Hamas has so far returned the bodies of only four of the 28 captives who died in custody.
