Improving the after-sales support is imperative for the success of any smartphone brand, as all users seek good service for their purchased devices. However, many users have faced various issues with major smartphone brands, especially while claiming warranty or repairs. To address these issues, Xiaomi has announced the opening of 10 premium service centres across key Indian cities, setting a new benchmark in customer care and experience.

These new premium service centres are located in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad. These new centres aim to redefine after-sales service by focusing on solving user-centric problems. Moreover, the centres promise to complete 95% of repairs within 24 hours, which is an increase from the current 89%, achieved through the use of better diagnostic tools and a steady supply of spare parts.
