Xiaomi marks its anniversary with a new launch
To celebrate 15 years globally and 11 years in India, Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 14 SE 5G. It’s the newest phone in the Redmi Note 14 lineup, aimed at budget-conscious users who still want solid specs and a smooth multimedia experience.
Big AMOLED display with smooth scrolling
The Redmi Note 14 SE 5G comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that refreshes at 120Hz. It’s built to handle bright sunlight with peak brightness of 2100 nits and has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for added protection. The in-display fingerprint sensor is a rare feature in this price range
Entertainment-friendly features
If you use your phone for watching shows or listening to music, this one is ready. It has Dolby Atmos-enabled stereo speakers and even keeps the 3.5mm headphone jack, which many brands have dropped. Xiaomi seems to be focusing on an all-round audio-visual experience.
Solid camera setup for the price
The phone features a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a macro camera. This setup promises stable and clear photos across different lighting conditions — especially good for social media shots on a budget.
Made in India, affordable, and fast-charging
The phone packs a 5110mAh battery with 45W fast charging and is priced at Rs 14,999 — with an extra Rs 1,000 discount for bank card users. Xiaomi has also locally manufactured this device in India, continuing its push for local production across its product lines.
