Threads, which was launched by Meta last year as a rival to X (formerly known as Twitter) has now added new features to make it more user-friendly. These new features should make it easier for creators and businesses to build followings and connect with fans. The new updates were announced by Meta’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and include better data insights.

Threads new features: Details
The first new feature to be included in the Meta app is the ability to save multiple drafts. Currently, you can save up to 100 drafts for as long as you want, and post them at a suitable time. Further, Meta has confirmed that the feature has been rolled out for most users and we can expect it to be available for all in the coming weeks.

Next, Meta has also introduced a new Insights page, which will now give Threads users a zoom-in view of traffic, with data on the age, gender, and location of people who view and engage with their content. It will also include the total number of views, replies, reposts, and quotes on your posts. It will allow Threads creators to understand what type of content users engage with most, enabling them to refine their strategy and create future content based on the liking of their audience.

Additionally, Meta is now making it easier to schedule posts, so that Threads users can post content according to their suitable time. This feature also allows the scheduling of multiple posts in advance. However, this feature is currently in development and will be added to the interface at a later date.
