Honor Power 2: Expected battery, display, and performance details
Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the key specifications of the upcoming Honor Power 2, including the chipset, display, colourways, and battery size of the smartphone. According to the tipster, the device will be codenamed ‘Saber,’ and is said to be equipped with a 6.79-inch 1.5K LTPS flat display. Further, he phone is mentioned to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, which is expected to be announced soon.
However, the biggest highlight of the Honor Power 2 could be the inclusion of a 10,080mAh battery pack, while supporting 80W wired fast charging. This could be one of the biggest batteries ever used on a consumer smartphone and would be a definite attraction for those wanting long battery life. This would also be a big upgrade over the Honor Power, which came with a 8,000 mAh battery.
The purported Honor Power 2 is also tipped to be available in Snow White, Midnight Black, and Sunrise Orange colourways. As far as its release is concerned, the tipster claims that the Honor Power 2 is tentatively scheduled to launch before the upcoming Chinese Spring Festival, which means it could debut in early 2026.
