Fitness users get an updated Workout app and an AI-powered Workout Buddy offering real-time coaching across activities like running, cycling, hiking, swimming, diving, and golf.
The watch runs on watchOS 26, debuting interface changes, Apple Intelligence features, and expanded customization.
