2012 has been a year that has tested leadership across the world and a year of leadership change in China and in Japan. In the US president Barak Obama came back to power and there were elections in Greece, the crisis in Spain and a change of guard at the European Central Bank (ECB). Also, the Middle-East threatened to break into war at least that seemed like it for a few tense weeks in the middle of the year. So will 2013 be as volatile?
