IMD issues yellow alert for Hyderabad as temp soars across Telangana; check forecasts for Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai

For Tuesday, Hyderabad is predicted to experience a minimum and maximum temperature of 18.93 °C and 32.2 °C, respectively. Tomorrow humidity levels will be at 27%.

The weather forecast for the capital city of Telangana over the next week suggests partly cloudy skies with persistent haze. For February 24 to 26, the minimum temperature is expected to hover around 20 degrees Celsius, while the maximum will be approximately 34 degrees Celsius. From February 27 to March 2, the minimum temperature may rise slightly to 21 degrees Celsius, with maximum temperatures remaining stable at 35 degrees Celsius.

Weather in other cities

On the other hand, the IMD has forecasted light rainfall in New Delhi starting February 26, which will offer some relief from rising temperatures.

In Bengaluru, the minimum temperatures have been above normal this year. While the IMD has stated that the rising temperatures do not indicate a shift in seasonal patterns or an early onset of summer, the meteorological centre has warned that the warm weather will persist for more than a week.

In Mumbai, the temperature crossed 37 degrees Celsius for at least three days in a row. However, the meteorological department has denied concerns regarding a possible heatwave and said the city will continue to experience hot weather in the coming days.
