SpiceJet's revival plan has received a boost. Ajay Singh, former promoter of the cash-strapped airline, is expected to submit a funding plan to the aviation ministry later on Thursday.
Singh, who has also been in talks with SpiceJet promoters – the Marans - to bag investments of up to USD 200 million, is also working to get two foreign PE investors on-board.
