Storyboard pays tribute to Yash Chopra

CNBC-TV18’s Storyboard pays homage to one of Bollywood's most important man: Yash Chopra. Chopra passed away on October 21. The many different hits that he produced and directed set our collective subconscious to see, imagine and aspire, in a certain way. He also created benchmarks for the film business.

Yash Raj Films or YRF that he set up in 1970 has grown to become the only fully Indian owned film company that manages production, distribution, home entertainment, music licensing and artist management. From making different kinds of films to marketing them in a distinct way the YRF brand is Yash Chopra's legacy to the film industry.

Yash Chopra's film company and the YRF brand will be the seen as the enduring legacy of the filmmaker. That and of course many of our movie memories.
