Would customers be able to recognise fast food products that don't have any branding on them whatsoever? That's the risk that McDonald's France took with its latest campaign. In place of the brand, the series of ads created by TBWA Paris use beautifully shot close ups of McDonald's burgers, fries, and ice-cream sundaes. And it works.
The products are instantly recognizable. Just goes to show how ingrained McDonald's and its fast food has become in to our daily lives. You decide if that's a good thing! Take a look at the television commercial (TVC) as well.
